Cancellations & Amendments Policy

We very much look forward to seeing you and ask that you read and abide by the below so we can keep things special for everyone involved.

We want you to have the best time possible and fully understand that things come up that cannot be avoided. This is designed to be magical for children and we always keep that at the forefront of the experience.

We expect it to be very busy this year so you must arrive at your slot time promptly, failure to do so may result in you missing your allocated slot.

All tickets are non-refundable.

If you need to change your booking, please call or email (forestfarmgrotto@gmail.com) and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee anything based on capacity of bookings. 

No refunds will be given in the event of non-attendance of the ticket holder on the day.
